Senior Architect

Job description / Role

Randstad is looking for a Senior Architect to join an international architecture and engineering consultancy in Dubai, UAE. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on three iconic residential towers (30 to 50 storeys), currently in the schematic design stage. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the technical stages of similar projects in the region, ensuring a seamless transition through to construction stages.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the Lead Design Consultant, overseeing and driving the architectural vision for the project from SD onwards
- Ensure seamless project progression from schematic design through to technical stages, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, engineers, and consultants
- Work closely with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to achieve approvals and compliance with local regulations
- Provide expert guidance on technical detailing, materials, and constructability to maintain design integrity
- Manage and mentor junior architects

To be considered, candidates must have:

- 10+ years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on high-rise residential or hotel projects in the Middle East
- Proven expertise in technical stages, from detailed design to construction documentation
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements in the Middle East
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other industry-standard software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to face the client

Salary:
AED 28,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
