Senior Architect

Job description / Role

1. The client facing architect shall have very good knowledge in Statutory Norms, Construction detailing, updated with the advancements in construction technology & building materials, specifications, quantification and understanding of project cost.
2. Must have lead the projects in Architectural Design from concept to completion with expertise in Multi-disciplinary engineering co-ordination as well as site Co-ordination.
3. Must have development of schematic and detail design experience and delivered good for construction drawings for large scale projects with multi-disciplinary coordination.
4. Experience in using Navisworks, BIM 360 for design review and markups.
5. Make presentations to client to illustrate the design concepts, design development sketches.
6. Check contractual compliance and ensure the project deliverables within the accepted budject/estimates.
7. The architect shall be responsible for approvals with clients and authorities as per project requirements.
8. Ensure compliance to ISO , maintaining all files with filing system within the department as per ISO

1. Bachelor's degree in architecture is must, master’s degree is added value.
2. 10-15 yrs. Of work experience in delivering good for construction drawings using BIM
4. Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, MS Office.
5. Knowledge of Sketchup, Vray, Enscape, Lumion, Illustrator, Photoshop is added value.
6. Experience in Data Centre design is preferable, experience in other types of large scale structures also can apply.
