Job description / Role
10 to 15 years of experience for façade / building envelop and landscape packages. Hands on shop drawings production check print and coordination with other trades MEP and Structure also review /prepare all related material submittals and method statement. Report and Manage the progress of all Engineering work, and ability to generate related trackers and logs.
Requirements
Should have been assigned in similar job responsibilities for projects with a budget not less than 75 million AED for each package . sound knowledge in all kind of materials may be used in facades package and landscape package ( hard and soft ). Malls experience with main contractor is an advantage
