Senior Architect - Design Consistency

Job description / Role

This role focuses on design consistency and brand alignment, ensuring all projects under the Abu Dhabi division adhere to Reportage’s design standards and architectural vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee concept designs to ensure consistency with Reportage’s architectural standards and brand identity
• Review, coordinate, and implement design models across projects
• Ensure design intent, vision, and quality are aligned across all developments
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistency in materials, layouts, and architectural language
• Act as the design guardian for the Abu Dhabi portfolio

• Strong background in concept review and design governance
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for consistency and architectural quality
• Experience managing and implementing design standards across multiple projects.
