Job description / Role
The role is for a senior candidate with intimate knowledge of authority submission requirements including Dubai Municipality, Tarakhees, DEWA, Civil Defence and RTA to lead the authority submission group and work with our architects and engineers to ensure that drawings are compliant with requirements and the approvals process is managed throughout the life cycle of the project.
Requirements
Architecture or Engineering graduate. Qualified with the Society of Engineers and possibly with Dubai Municipality. 8 years Dubai experience and 12 years of Architectural or Engineering experience. Intimate knowledge of authority approvals in Dubai. Arabic speaker.
