Senior Architectural Design Inspector

Job description / Role

Maintains daily log to reflect accurate records for all job-site activities and inspections; determines percentage of work completed and amount of materials used; reviews pay estimates for approval.

Ensure compliance of architectural works to design requirements, specifications, and project plan.

Preparing daily logs and reports.

Maintain records of all submittals and testing inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc.

Performing all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering.

Required to have 5 - 10 years of experience in Inspections with strong knowledge of compliance of architectural works to design requirements, specifications, and project plan.
