Senior Architectural Designer - 3D Modeling

Join our Dubai-based architectural team as a Senior Architectural Designer (3D Modelling Specialist). This is a key role for a design-led professional who thrives on innovation, embraces the latest technology, and can translate ambitious concepts into high-impact visualizations and detailed models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of detailed, accurate 3D architectural models across a range of project types, ensuring quality and design integrity.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to translate concepts into compelling visual outputs and design solutions.
- Produce and oversee high-quality renderings, visualizations, and presentation materials to support proposals, approvals, and client engagements.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior designers, promoting best practice in 3D modelling workflows and architectural design standards.
- Stay current with emerging software, tools, and industry trends, introducing improvements to modelling techniques and project delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure all modelling deliverables are aligned with project requirements, milestones, and timelines.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in architectural design with a focus on 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk, CNC, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex 3D modeling and architectural visualization.
- Excellent creative, technical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in or knowledge of the UAE architectural landscape is a plus.
