Senior Architect Engineer – Ideal Candidate Profile

Professional Summary:
A highly skilled and innovative Senior Architect Engineer with 10+ years of UAE experience in conceptual and detailed architectural design. Adept at developing creative and functional designs while ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) G+Unlimited certification standards and other local authority regulations, including DDA, Trakhees, and RTA.

Key Qualifications:
• DM G+Unlimited Certified
• Extensive knowledge of local UAE regulations (DM, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, etc.)
• Proven expertise in conceptual and detailed design development*
• Strong command of **architectural software** (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.)
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills

Experience & Expertise:
• Led architectural projects from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with local codes
• Designed innovative, sustainable, and functional buildings that meet client and regulatory expectations
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Managed multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements efficiently
• Expertise in **building codes, sustainable design principles, and construction techniques

Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality design
• Ability to lead and mentor junior architects
• Efficient in time management and problem-solving

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: visa, insurance as per uae law
