Senior Architectural Engineer

Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Architectural Engineer who will supervise architectural works to ensure the delivery of high-quality finishes in line with approved designs and brand standards for Branded Residences and a 5-Star Hotel. The role involves close coordination with interior designers, contractors, and brand representatives, managing mock-ups and sample approvals, and ensuring consistency of workmanship across hotel rooms, residential units, public areas, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all architectural works on site.
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups.
• Inspect finishes, façade works, interiors, and fit-out.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural and MEP works.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with specifications.
• Attend inspections with Client and Authorities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 12–15 years total experience.
• Minimum 7–9 years in civil and structural supervision on hotel or high-end developments.
• Experience in basements, podiums, long-span structures, and coordination with architectural finishes.
• Strong knowledge of structural quality control and testing requirements.
