Job description / Role
Leading International Architecture and Design firm are recruiting numerous positions, including Senior Architectural Technologist – Revit Expert, to oversee project documentation and manage external consultants to deliver Largescale prestigious projects within the Middle East.
Responsible for implementing the project plan and ensuring all items of project deliverables are delivered on time. Responsible for monitoring design and construction documentation and maintain technical excellence on all projects.
High rise, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail and Educational projects are all offered within this firm’s portfolio and similar project experience is required within Dubai and GCC.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology. CIAT registration beneficial but not essential. Minimum 6 years overall experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the region. Creativity and the ability to think analytically. Sound decision-making and knowledge of zoning regulations and DM building codes. Expert level of proficiency within Revit. Revit Testing will be a step within the recruitment process. Fluent in English with strong presentation and customer relation skills. Experience within the UAE's Architecture market, ideally within a Leading International Design environment.
