Senior Art Director

On behalf of our partners, i-Talent is looking for a thought-provoking Senior Art Director

Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and translate design ideas for both online and offline applications.
- Lead the creative direction of campaigns.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Director on the day-to-day updates to sales and marketing materials via the appropriate distribution channels and platforms
- Oversee the production and quality assurance of websites, landing pages, and banner advertising,
- Initiate new idea sessions and the possible development and execution of those ideas
- Lead projects from concept to wireframe / UX, design and layout into appropriate distribution channels and platforms
- Manage junior design team
- Employ resourcefulness, creative thinking and an ability to anticipate company needs
- Remain current on emerging trends in digital branded entertainment and technology, in order to bring new ideas.

Requirements

- CV & Portfolio Required
- 5+ years of experience
- Superior knowledge and skills with Adobe CS Suite
- Strong leadership skills and management/supervisory experience
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, passionate and collaborative approach to work
- BFA/BA in Design, Digital Design
- Exceptional user interface designs and concepts
- Expert knowledge of typography, color, usability, layout, production and other design principles
- Understanding of HTML5/CSS, CMS systems, and tech infrastructure capabilities
- Ability to implement online and offline marketing best practice
