Seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the Corporate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in M&A, joint ventures, and private equity transactions within a top-tier UK law firm.

Description

* Advising clients on complex cross-border M&A, JV, and corporate restructuring transactions
* Negotiating and drafting transaction documents
* Conducting due diligence and preparing reports
* Collaborating with partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal services
* Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
