Job description / Role
- Gathering and synthesizing macro-economic and market information;
- Gathering and synthesizing financial and operating information about companies and industries;
- Working on equity and debt related transactions for our corporate finance clients in multiple sectors and various geographies;
- Advising clients on private equity, real estate and infrastructure investments
- Creating and updating financial models;
- Drafting presentations and information memoranda for corporate finance transactions of all kind;
- Assisting in the due-diligence and closing process of the transaction through constant contact with the clients and other advisors.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn
- You completed a postgraduate program in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting;
- You have three to five years experience in the corporate finance department of an established bank, a corporate finance boutique or a tier one consulting firm;
- You have strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data;
- You are a proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities;
- You are result-driven and perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines;
- You articulate complex ideas simply and summarize them effectively;
- You possess superior computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Desk Research, etc.)
- You speak fluent English. Arabic and French are an advantage;
- You are committed to excellence in your work and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
