Job description / Role
Charterhouse are currently undertaking an exclusive search, for a leading financial institution, whom are looking to identify a Senior Associate of Corporate and Project Finance to join their MENA Oil & Gas/Energy desk.
At the core of this role, will be the support across the origination and execution of both corporate and project finance transactions, whilst also acting within an advisory capacity in the development and roll-out of proposals and pitches to deliver strong, robust and product specific options across the client base. This Senior Associate shall be heavily focused towards the development of financial models, to support and back-up, any product proposals and transactional execution. In conjunction, the role will also focus on the preparation of marketing material and client advisory notes, to enhance areas of product development and financing options, to support the front office and to promote any client-related mandate and/or request.
Requirements
Our client will be looking a well-educated degree qualified candidate with a professional qualification within the investment-related and/or finance sector. Typically, this would include a CFA or MBA type attestation. In conjunction, the successful candidate shall be able to demonstrate up to 5 years exposure to investment banking and/or energy sectors; whereby they can deliver strong advisory, financial modelling and accounting capabilities. On top of this, the role will demand excellent presentation skills (written and verbal) to ensure strong traction across internal channels and externally with counterparties and senior stakeholders. This demanding role will also require a highly motivated and career-driven applicant.
