Our client is a leading real estate developer based in Dubai, known for its bold vision and transformative projects across the region. The firm is expanding its Corporate Finance function and seeking experienced professionals to drive investment strategy and execution.

Description

* Overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis for major real estate developments
* Leading fundraising efforts and structuring capital solutions with banks and investors
* Driving strategic planning and market analysis to support investment decisions
* Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
* Preparing and presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
* Supporting M&A, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions

Job Offer

* 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance
* CA required; MBA and/or CFA preferred
* Proven expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and project financing
