Senior Associate - Dispute Resolution

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading company in the UAE is looking for a Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution to join their growing team in Dubai.

As a Senior Associate, you will be working across a range of contentious matters such as dealing with initial client enquiries across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, advising clients as to prospects of success in court or arbitration proceedings, handling arbitration proceedings under various bodies/ rules and liaising with internal team of UAE Advocates.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have Western qualification as a Lawyer and with approximately 7-11 years PQE gained within a well-regarded law firm. Candidate must also be intelligent, organized, must able to work independently and within small teams and willing to work hard with clients. First class communication and interpersonal skills is a must for this role.
