Senior Associate – Interior Design (Dubai)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate – Interior Design to lead the design and execution of prestigious projects across commercial, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Interior Design department, drive innovation, and deliver world-class design solutions in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-profile interior projects, ensuring excellence from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and refine best practices, workflows, and team structures within the Interior Design department.
• Develop and present compelling design concepts through mood boards, material palettes, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive design documentation, including space planning, FF&E specifications, and construction drawings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution while maintaining design integrity.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies to deliver cutting-edge design solutions.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in the UAE, working with top-tier developers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury and high-end interior projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
