Job description / Role
Job Summary: We are looking for a Management Consultancy Senior Associate with 3-5 years of experience in the investment banking industry, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Fundraising. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, with a proven track record of successful transactions in the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support M&A transactions, including financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, and the preparation of presentation materials.
• Assist clients in fundraising activities, including structuring and executing debt and equity capital raises.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior bankers on deal execution and client presentations.
• Prepare detailed, information Memorandum, financial modelling, valuation scenarios and other client-facing materials.
• Assist in the negotiation of deal terms and documentation in co-ordination with lawyers.
• Stay up to date on regional and global financial trends, as well as M&A and fundraising activity.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Fundraising.
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and Chartered Accountancy (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) certifications are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master/MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills:
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of the GCC financial markets and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record in deal execution and a deep understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Capital IQ and Bloomberg.

Salary:
AED
30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
