What you'll be doing
This position focuses on managing and expanding government partnerships, with an emphasis on securing beneficial agreements and fostering strong, lasting relationships. The role spans across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, working closely with institutions such as universities and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong connections with government and ministry representatives, excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. This role also involves launching and promoting innovative projects, such as a group gift card for government clients, and effectively managing relationships with internal brand teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand partnerships within the government sector, ensuring impactful and sustainable agreements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government and ministry representatives across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with universities and institutions to establish and drive strategic partnerships.
- Lead the launch and promotion of a group gift card project targeting government clients.
- Effectively pitch and sell innovative ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal brand teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong connections with government and ministry representatives.
- Proven ability to manage external and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in presentations, Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience in pitching and selling innovative ideas and solutions.
