Senior Associate - Strategic Advisory Team

Alongside the advisory team, you will be working with the senior leadership to help ideate, analyse, and execute strategic initiatives

Description

* Ideate and develop both long term and short term strategies across a wide range of topics
* Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis and feasibility studies to gain insights and determine viability of solutions
* Utilise research and insights to help develop effective and innovative solutions that are in-line with the organisation's goals
* Effectively communicate and present project deliverables to relevant stakeholders and deliver output that is up to the required standard
* Work closely with team and relevant stakeholders and provide analytical, intellectual and research support on various projects

Requirements

* Minimum of an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university. Masters preferred.
* At least 3 years experience in research, strategy, or public policy
* Open to Think Tank or Market Research professionals also
* Strong problem solving, analytical and research skills
* Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic environment
* Ability to interact and engage with the senior management and executive leadership team and build connections with relevant experts across different fields
* Arabic skills (oral and written) strongly preferred
