Senior Automotive Fabricator – Motorsports (Racing & Drifting)

eeking a highly skilled and reliable Automotive Fabricator to join our racing and drifting division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in metal fabrication, welding, cutting, and assembling components for high-performance drift and race cars. This role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic motorsport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Chassis and Body Fabrication:

• Cut, shape, and weld various materials (aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel) to fabricate custom parts, roll cages, brackets, mounts, and panels.
• Fabricate structural reinforcements and modifications for race and drift car chassis.

Welding:

• Perform TIG and MIG welding with high precision.
• Ensure welds meet safety and performance standards under racing conditions.

Assembly and Fitment:

• Install fabricated parts into vehicles, ensuring perfect alignment and function.
• Assist in disassembly and reassembly of vehicles as needed for fabrication work.

Blueprint and Drawing Interpretation:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication plans, and spec sheets.

Tool and Equipment Handling:

• Use plasma cutters, grinders, saws, bending machines, drills, and measuring tools.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and ensure tools are in good condition.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with mechanics, engineers, and race team to develop performance-focused solutions.
• Support car preparation before and after race/drift events.

• Proven experience as a fabricator in automotive or motorsport (minimum 3 years).
• Strong TIG/MIG welding skills (welding test may be required).
• Ability to read and work from blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
• Familiarity with motorsport standards and materials.
• Physically fit, with good stamina and ability to work in hot/noisy environments.
• High attention to detail, quality, and safety.
• Flexible, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
