Job description / Role
This role will require expertise in the implementation of AX across the group and subsequently the technical side of the ERP, gain full understanding of the Group Business Processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements and systems setup are aligned to business objectives

Description
* Perform Business Process Analysis of the ERP and other Systems
* Manage the vendor
* Manage MDM across the group
* Participate in every aspect of the solution implementation from analysing the business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the users' needs
* Design, develop, test and monitor plans for AX security implementation
* Develop, maintain and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for segregation of duties and lead other process improvement initiatives
* Basic AD Administration and overall environment responsibility in multi-instance AX environment
* Configuring and maintaining Dynamics AX Admin tasks such as (User Management, Configuration and Deployment)
* Perform Microsoft Dynamics AX Compliance Center configuration, administration and maintenance
* Management and review security logs and table permissions framework (TPF)
* Deploy and Configure SSRS and SSAS
* Installing and Configuring of Enterprise Portal
* Installing and Configuring of DMF tools and other tools
* Support training, business analysis, software configurations and/or customization's

Requirements
* 7+ years MS Dynamics AX, including 2012
* 3+ years of experience in .Net Development and MorphyX
* 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis
* 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
* Development documentation so others can clearly rebuild, troubleshoot, or extend the customization and configuration
* Should have participated in all stages of lifecycle in multiple large AX implementation projects
* Experience in setting up MDM in an AX 2012 environment
* 3+ years of experience with AX technical development / implementation installation, configuration, source code deployment and all ancillary software needed for a successful AX implementation
* AX Triage Capabilities, Root Cause Analysis, Delegation & Follow-up, Technical Training as and when required
* Ability to build an AX knowledge base for Support Staff, to use as a guide to efficiently resolve issues
* Ability to define the business value of IT solution provided
