Job description / Role
My client, an international consultancy requires a Senior BIM Specialist - (Architect) Landscape - the applicant MUST be currently in the UAE. We are seeking an experience BIM Specialist who can produce detailed design Revit/BIM models, and engineering and technical documentation, using Revit/BIM Modelling software for the design coordination and construction of landscape projects. You must be must able to coach, mentor and support junior staff throughout the BIM process, modelling efforts and documentation tasks, while adhering to applicable BIM and quality standards, best practices and QA/QC procedures.

Requirements
Technical Competencies:
* Advanced experience and competence in Revit 3D modelling (Architecture).
* Specific BIM platform knowledge such as SketchUp, Infraworks, Rhino, Maya, 3D Max and other 3D modeling platforms
* Proficient with AutoCAD 2D platform.
* Design Review - for collaboration with professional staff.
* Proficiency with BIM Coordination software and clash detection tools such as Navisworks Manage or BIM 360 Glue.
* Engineering Design Calculation and/or Analysis software depending on specific discipline.
* Experience in lifecycle management of BIM models and Familiarity with BIM industry standards & codes.
* General understanding of interoperability between software used to accomplish own discipline tasks.
* Have a good understanding of the various stages of a landscape design project and production deliverables associated with each stage, and how project fees relate to time and deliverables.
