Position Summary

Build solid strategies and plans across MENA to grow milk powder category and further strengthen NIDO leadership with more differentiation

A day in the life of

- Deep understanding of current and potential consumers and developing insights to unlock consumer gaps and opportunities
- Define brand vision, strategies and plans to bring the brand essence to life and increase consideration
- Understand shopping behaviors and motivations of target consumers, help design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers
- Develop brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, propose brand portfolio for key channels and countries
- Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands
- Manage the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the Market Business Strategy
- Understand business impact and prioritizes PFME and TTS investment of her/his brands
- Responsible for the development of ultimate brief and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences
- Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Minimum 6-8 years' experience in brand/marketing
- English/Arabic is a must
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Analytical skills - Able to share insight where relevant
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to influence others
- Proficient in Digital Marketing
- Proven track record in stakeholder management
- Experience in leading and managing projects
