About the Company:

Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading retail organization in UAE who are currently looking for a senior brand manager for their fashion brands. You would be responsible for organizing and monitoring the planning strategies for the specific department.

Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Senior Brand Manager within this retailer will include:
• Ownership of brand contracts and commercial terms for all markets
• Accountable for delivering the day to day and long term running of your floor
• Delivering category sales, gross margin, and turnover performance to plan
• Working with the buyers, merchandisers, and the VM teams
• Managing all aspects relating to the shipments, logistical processing, and allocation function
• Monitoring the Open to Buy (OTB) limits and inventory budgets and devise strategies to improve stock turns
• Responsible for ensuring the team delivers the required standards in terms

Requirements

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate:

• Proven excellent experience as a Brand manager for more than 4 years
• Strong experience in buying and merchandising
• Proven experience in the fashion retail industry
• Bachelors degree holder in Business management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
• Passionate and driven individual
