Job description / Role
The role of the Senior Business Analyst is to support the business growth through detailed analysis, reports and creating efficiency's. This role requires a forward thinker who is able to implement and improve the way in which data is collected, analysed and reported to support the business in generating higher profits.
Dubai based client is a global innovator in Real Estate with limitless opportunities for growth. They have been successful in opening in mature and emerging markets and continue to increase their product line.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for (but not limited to):
* Monitor and analyse key business data daily, weekly and monthly. This will include creating efficient ways of collecting essential data across all revenue streams and creating new reports that will support the Executive Leadership Team in growing the business.
* Develop financial models on various scenarios and possible outcomes in mature and emerging markets.
* Conduct cost/ benefit analysis models on new and existing ventures.
* Analyse and report across operations, sales and investments.

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, focusing on costs, revenues, profits, return on investments (ROI) for a medium to large business.
* Technically gifted in Excel with the ability to organise and improve data to create accurate and effective reports.
* Forward thinker, able to investigate and analyse areas not explored before.
* Have experience of analysis and reporting within a sales/ revenue focused environment
