Senior Business Analyst – Payments Way4 Cards Issuing Solutioning

Our client, one of the largest payment solution providers in the Middle East, are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for their Dubai office due to their expanding operations and rapid growth.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience within the issuing side of the cards & payments domain, full-cycle delivery, and Way4 systems, while being responsible for determining client specific needs and designing solutions based on client requirements.

Brief Overview of Role and Responsibilities:

*Collaborate with Project Management, Marketing and Operation teams to effectively deliver new products and also support existing product
*Prepare Business Requirement Document, Functional Solution Document, TBP and Traceability Matrix
*Review the functional solution document in conjunction with user requirements and current system setup
*Delegate and coordinate with offshore team for functional deliverables
*Conduct post implementation reviews, document lessons learned and recommend process improvement required
*Resolve queries originating from client and offshore teams
*Ensure quality of deliverable to client teams as planned and as per requirements
*Provide UAT walk throughs and involved in obtaining all the required sign offs from all the key stakeholders
*Be the primary point of contact for the customer for engagements under your management

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

*Experience using Way4 payment processing software
*Extensive experience in business analysis within the cards and payments domain on the cards and issuing side
*Ability to work within an agile environment, with a good knowledge of project management techniques, analytical tools and processes
*Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure
*Background in a bank, payments solutions provider or other fast-paced/complex environment essential
*Strong interpersonal skills as expected for dealing with an important client base
*Knowledge of any of the following systems would be an advantage; Base 24, VisionPLUS, PRM, DCMS, PCMS, ATM/POS
*Degree in computer science or similar technology based subject essential, Masters of Science preferred
*Middle East experience preferred
