We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business needs, ensuring that our software solutions meet the requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

Identify and recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Analyze complex business problems, propose solutions, and develop business cases to support decision-making.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and test cases.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to design and execute test cases to validate the functionality and usability of software solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.

5+ proven experience as a business analyst in the software development industry.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in requirement elicitation and documentation techniques.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Experience with process modeling and workflow analysis.

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
