Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Developer to drive strategic growth and expand our footprint across key markets in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and India. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in parking management solutions and a proven track record of securing and growing business partnerships within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the parking management sector across assigned regions.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to align strategies and deliver customer-centric solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in parking management or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the parking and transportation market dynamics in Middle East and South Asia.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and India.
- Self-motivated, results-driven with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
AED
18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
