Highly experienced Senior Camunda Developer with a distinguished track record in onboarding integrations, extensive work on complex workflows, and a strong background in creating services and APIs. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the banking and fintech sectors, bringing valuable insights to enhance our workflow solutions. As a key contributor, you will lead the development of Camunda-based services and APIs, playing a pivotal role in the success of our technical initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
Technical Design:
• Lead the design and development of complex workflows using the Camunda BPM platform, demonstrating a deep understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and advanced features.
Workflow Development and Services Creation:
• Design, implement, and optimize intricate workflows using Camunda, with a focus on creating services and APIs to support business processes.
Onboarding Integrations:
• Apply your expertise in onboarding integrations to seamlessly integrate Camunda workflows with existing systems, external APIs, and data sources.
Service and API Development:
• Create robust and scalable services and APIs to complement Camunda workflows, ensuring efficient communication and data exchange.
Process Modelling and Documentation:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to model and document business processes, translating complex requirements into effective and efficient workflow solutions and associated services.
Customization and Extensibility:
• Customize and extend Camunda functionalities using Java, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to meet specific business requirements.
Performance Optimization:
• Implement advanced performance optimization techniques for workflows, services, and APIs, ensuring optimal execution and resource efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business needs.
Mentorship and Training:
• Provide mentorship and training to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaborative problem-solving.
Banking and Fintech Expertise:
• Utilize your knowledge of banking and fintech to bring industry best practices and insights to the development process.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Camunda Developer with a minimum of 6 Years focused on onboarding integrations, complex workflows, and services/API development.
• In-depth knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards and hands-on experience with the Camunda BPM platform.
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript (Typescript), and other relevant programming languages.
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization, advanced performance tuning, and integration best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and data serialization formats.
• Previous work in the banking or fintech industry is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
