Senior Capital Markets Lawyer
Leading International law firm
Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
One of the world's most prominent law firms is presently seeking an experienced Capital Markets Lawyer for a position in their Riyadh office.
The firm boasts a number of fully functioning offices in the GCC and has a strong regional and international presence.
Capital markets lawyers will have developed a strong understanding of said transactions, ideally whilst working in the Saudi Arabian Market. The firm is one of the most highly celebrated firms in such work and intends to boost that profile with this strategic hire.
Candidate is expected to have gained formal educated from a recognised common law jurisdiction (at least having gained a JD, LPC equivalent). In addition the firm requires to Capital markets lawyers to hold a valid Saudi practising licence.
Lawyers will be required to proven experience in CMA transactions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have a high degree of familiarity with rules and regulations on such transactions.
As this is a leading international law firm you will be exposed to some of the most high profile transactions in the GCC from a major player in the region.
Salaries will be reflective of this.

Requirements
- Gained formal educated from a recognised common law jurisdiction.
- Valid Saudi practising licence.
- Proven experience in CMA transactions.
