Position Title: Senior Chef De Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
Leading hospitality company with catering, restaurants and cloud kitchen operations in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
• Run and supervise any of the assigned kitchen section within the required standards set by the Head Chef.
• Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
• Ensure good stock and proper waste control is practiced all throughout the kitchen
• Take responsibility for the quality control of stock
• Pay high attention to detail and quality of all outgoing cooked food from kitchen while supervising kitchen staff with cleanliness and food safety practice throughout the shift
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 30 to 40 years old
• At least 3 years’ experience in related role
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized
• Can start on mid July 2022
