Position Title: Senior Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED, depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation, transportation, and meals
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the client:
An international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant outlets in UAE.
Job Description:
- Supervise the designated section based on the required standards set by the Head Chef
- Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
- Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced
- Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
- Support sous chef in delivering required standard of food
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role; fine dining restaurant or hotel experience is accepted
- Must have Mediterranean cuisine experience
- Should be fully vaccinated and could join immediately
