Position Title: Senior Chef de Partie - Pastry
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals

About the Client:
An international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant outlets in UAE
Job Description:
- Ensure all preparation pastry section is complete and ready for each service
- Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
- Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
- Support sous chef in delivering required standard of food
- Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced
Requirements
- Open to Asian/Arabic nationals
- 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years of work experience in the same role
- With strong background in French pastries
- Must be fully vaccinated
