Senior Civil Structural Engineer

Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to ensure the foundational and structural integrity of our landmark Branded Residences & 5-Star Hotel project. You will be responsible for reviewing, approving, and overseeing the execution of all civil and structural designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and luxury. Your role is critical in adapting designs to complex site conditions and facilitating the intricate architectural visions that define this prestigious development

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise concrete works, foundations, steel structures, and civil works.
• Review structural shop drawings and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with approved structural designs and codes.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and testing activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and QA/QC teams.
• Support resolution of site technical issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural design standards and construction practices.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil/structural engineering.
• Proven experience in construction supervision of buildings or infrastructure projects.
