Job description / Role
This role is commercially responsible for the education and development of their product within the industry.
The role will be working with the commercial and sales team in educating fellow practicing orthodontists/ dentists on how to use their products, creating media content and hosting seminars/ writing case studies for the profession.

A Global Medical Device company that manufactures medical devices and equipment used in the field of Orthodontics
Description
• Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, clinical heck support as well as clinical troubleshooting, mid-course correction and case refinement, primarily for UAE doctors
• Liaison with clinical check technicians with regards to ClinCheck quality issues
• Investigation and Analysis of Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
Requirements
• The successful candidate will have a degree in Orthodontics and is either a practicing professional or conducts lectures and seminars in the orthodontist field
• 3-10 years of experience
