Job description / Role
Guildhall is working as an exclusive HR outsourcing firm on the overland rail projects with an international contractor who is looking for a Senior Contracts/Commercial Manager for their project.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Lead the Commercial and Contracts department of the project
- Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with project and client policy
- Preparing, reviewing, approving and administering contracts during various stages of the process
- Verifies and processes contract change notices, change orders
This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the regions flagship projects which are key to the development of the UAE & GCC.
Requirements
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in a construction-related field
- 10+ years of experience in contracts management
- GCC Railway or infrastructure experience required.
- One large railway project experience
- Infrastructure project experience in the UAE
