Job description / Role
Client is a leading interior fit out contractor based in Dubai. They are seeking an experience senior commercial manager, to be based in head office in Dubai.
The successful candidate will oversee the Commercial, Estimation and procurement divisions (20-25 members of staff)
• Contract commercial close out experience
• EOT/Claims experience – respond to all claims submitted by the contractors
• Multiple live jobs across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Manage all contracts to commercial close out and release of all bonds/insurances/retentions
Requirements
• Educated to Degree level in an Engineering discipline from a recognised University or tertiary institution
• Chartered status is preferred
• At least 20 years of relevant experience in construction (ideally interiors)
• Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
• A flexible and agile approach to problem solving
• Middle East experience is essential
