Job description / Role
Strategic Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits advisory service to Group and Business Units covering all aspects of the Reward lifecycle
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Annual Reviews
- Facilitate in scheduling and supporting the group-wide annual salary review and bonus process, roll out of compensation and benefits programmes and other ad hoc initiatives - Manage HCM
- C&B module and ensure system readiness for Annual Salary Review and Bonus cycle
- Responsible for training of HRBP's and participating managers during the Salary review and Bonus cycle
- Administer the annual salary review process, including analysis, creation of worksheets and creation of letters to employees ensuring accuracy of the letters, and data sent for payroll processing
- Support the communication of the annual bonus scheme and provide support and education to BU HR in regards to the administration of the scheme Job evaluation
- Conduct job evaluations for roles across ATG using Hay job evaluation methodology, including review of proposed role in line with titling conventions, and ensuring grading is in line with internal equity Benefits
- Keep abreast of market developments to evaluate the competitiveness of the group wide benefits
- Manage the Inner Circle programme, evaluate all external third party propositions for partnering with ATG, identify and evaluate potential vendors to partner with and enhance the EVP
- Participate in the formulation, communication and roll out of benefit programs and facilitate ongoing administration of the same, including management of the Company Car programme and the Lifestyle Flexible Benefit Plan
- Provide support in executing and managing the group wide Medical Insurance Scheme; including employee and HR communications, dealing with escalations from HR and employees, liaising with the insurance broker in regards to the SLA, escalations, and policy/network updates Salary Benchmarking and Data Analysis
Requirements:
- Responsible for completing all salary survey submissions accurately and on time
- Provide data analysis and insight when requested; review and analyze salary and benefit data
- Participate in periodic review of the grading and compensation structure and recommend changes to enhance the same in line with leading practices to ensure that ATG's compensation and grading structure remains competitive in comparison to the external
