Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a high profile manufacturing & industrial company in Dubai who is looking to a hire an experienced Senior Compliance / Analyst to play a key role within its existing legal & compliance team.
You will be responsible for taking a lead in relation to monitoring and promoting of compliance, regulatory, internal policies and procedures. The incorporation of best practices and to manage and identify compliance risks. The role reports into the General Counsel and working with the broader legal team and senior stakeholders within the business. The individual will be involved with compliance programs, campaigns and workshops, investigating reports of non-compliance, training and identifying gifts, conflicts of interest and general compliance matters.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be an experienced compliance professional with 5 years+ experience ideally gained in the manufacturing sector, at a business with a strong compliance program, candidates will ideally have a law Degree / MSC. There is a preference for candidates already based in the UAE / Middle East with a fluency in Arabic & English. Exceptional compliance candidates with international manufacturing company experience without the above may be considered.
