Senior Construction Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise building projects in Dubai. This role demands a proactive leader who ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities related to high-rise building projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating contracts and monitoring costs.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Oversee site safety measures and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Lead and motivate the construction team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in construction management, preferably in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office suite.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary:
AED 24,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
