Job description / Role
Main Accountabilities
Project Delivery
Deliver human consulting client engagements, in solution areas related to talent assessment and leadership development (e.g. behavioral assessment, talent management, competency model design and implementation, career management frameworks, and leadership development programs).
Manage client projects and interactions, while demonstrating effective project management skills.
Manage accounts and client activity across the GCC region (including UAE and KSA).
Provide guidance to project team members and ensure timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives; typically manage medium-size projects and work streams of larger client projects.
Manage clients' meetings, including fact-finding meetings and presentations.
Manage and deliver client presentations.
Create and review deliverables prepared by project team members, ensuring they are accurate.
Act as an individual contributor on assignments, as and when required.
Business Development
Develop new opportunities by introducing existing and prospective clients to other services and products in order to drive sales; deliver group presentations.
Manage the request for proposal (RFP) process - mainly for medium to large size proposals; participate in writing the large proposals.
Requirements
8 to 12 years of experience in a HR consulting environment.
Relevant qualifications and accreditations in assessment, leadership development and
talent management (e.g. British Psychological Society accreditation; Executive Coaching
qualification, etc.)
Arabic language (preferred)
