We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior consultant with expertise in smart design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, project management and a deep understanding of digital concepts within the built environment.

As a senior consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects, managing client relationships and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of smart building solutions, leveraging a wide variety of technologies to enhance building efficiency and functionality.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand specific requirements and tailor smart building designs to meet their needs.
• Integrate core systems such as lighting, security cameras, alarms, sensors, and control systems to create a cohesive and intelligent building environment.
• Utilize internet of things (IoT) devices including sensors, actuators, microchips, and software to collect data and improve building operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of smart building technologies with existing building systems, optimizing performance and functionality.
• Drive innovation in smart building design by staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the field.
• Provide expertise and guidance on the selection and implementation of smart building technologies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end project management efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate across the business to leverage well-established engineering capabilities and drive innovation across projects.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the smart building sector.
• Present smart building solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and proactive engagement.
• Utilize expertise in smart building design to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized smart building proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in smart buildings design / digital design.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe products, with a keen eye for design.
• Excellent project management and technical delivery skills, with a drive for excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and cultures.
• Innovative and forward-thinking mindset, with a passion for driving growth and unlocking opportunities for clients.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects at scale and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Ability to work with agility and adapt to changing client needs.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a desire to contribute to the growth and development of the team.
• Experience in business development for smart building design, with a proven track record of driving sales and meeting revenue targets.
