Job description / Role
Our client, a leading multinational HR Consulting company is growing their team and is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Consultant to join their Middle East team.
The Senior HR consultant will be responsible for:
• Providing human consulting solutions to clients in the areas of talent assessment and leadership development covering following topics: behavioral assessment, talent management, competency model design and implementation, career management frameworks, and leadership development programs.
• You will oversee project management and client relationship activity across the GCC region.
• On the Business Development side, you will be responsible for developing new opportunities thru existing and prospective clients by offering other services and products to boost sales. Manage the RFP for medium to large size proposals
• Guide the respective practice in design, development, launch, and implementation of solutions/products across GCC.
• Oversee direct reports: assign, direct, and evaluate their work; organize and carry out performance evaluations, end-of-project evaluations, and career development discussions
• Travel requirement: 80%
Requirements
• Gained at least 10 years of consulting environment particularly in Human Resource.
• Possess relevant certificates and accreditation in assessment, leadership development and talent management such as British Psychological Society accreditation; Executive Coaching qualification, etc.
• Arabic speaking preferred
• Only candidates who are based in GCC and neighboring region will be considered for the role.
• Willing to travel extensively
