Description
Senior Consulting Manager - Healthcare required to establish a high performing commercial consulting team within MEACAT region.

Required to:
- Create a knowledge database with frameworks, tools , approaches, implementation guides and case studies.
- Work with Head of Consulting to establish a culture of "knowledge/expertise based" consulting and effective "knowledge sharing" within the team
- Build a world class central consulting team with highly skilled and motivated consultants

Job Offer
Negotiable dependent on experience.

Requirements

- Strong Management Consultancy experience at project manager and above level (+3/4 years post MBA), working for a top tier consulting firm in the Middle East
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Healthcare, with MBA is preferred
- Have focused in a purely Healthcare seat, with experience and passion for Commercial consulting for healthcare.
- Have extensive experience in change management projects. Lean Six Sigma ideal.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to up skill the current team.
