Position Title: Senior Contracts Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including construction contracts, supplier agreements, and service contracts.
- Manage contract life cycles from inception to completion, ensuring all terms and conditions are adhered to and collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and procurement teams to address contract-related issues.
- Analyze and identify potential risks in contract terms and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Monitor contractor and supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Handle contract disputes, working closely with legal counsel to resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation and prepare and submit regular reports on contract status to senior management.

- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in contract management with Fidic Exposure
- Mandatory Experience of at least 5 years with construction industry in Dubai, UAE with Real Estate Developers or Large Civil Construction Contractors
- Proficient in contract management software and legal documentation
