Global Cost Consultancy hiring a Senior Cost Manager for the Dubai Office.

This roles offers stability & longevity working for a Western Business and Western Team.
You will have strong experience within Data & Tech Projects handling pre construction & Cost Planning.

Are you based in the GCC looking for a new challenge working on a high technology projects?

This role will need someone sharp, streetwise and strong in communication.

The right person will have experience within Data Construction Projects.

You will be joining an international Cost & Project Management business with a global coverage.

They have had a strong foothold in the GCC market for over 10 Years but most importantly they have been handling International Technology & IT Clients globally for over 20 Years.

As we all know this sector is seen as recession proof and has countless options in the UAE over the next 10 YEARS.

So this client was due to have someone transfer internally from the British arm of the business but due to complications this is not possible so there is an IMMEDIATE need to hire the right person.

You will be sat opposite an Irishman, Scotsman, Englishman and leading a team of Sri Lankan & Indian Cost Engineers & Quantity Surveyors.

Do you have experience of contractual correspondence, EOT’s, sub contract & client management, monthly progress reports, cost evaluations and general surveying ?

5 DAY Working week working alongside capable and forward thinking people.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 37,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Following is seen as essential for a successful application

• Currently based in the UAE
• Degree Educated BSc Quantity Surveying
• MRICS Desired but not essential
• 7 Years Post Graduate Experience
• 2 Years experience in the Gulf Having worked for Developer, PMC or Consultants
• Looking for someone to start before the End of April 2023 latest
