Job Description

As a skilled senior creative multimedia specialist, your responsibilities will involve creating and designing visual content for various digital platforms, with a particular focus on project and event materials not limited to brochures, logos, outdoor signage, and social media content. You will be tasked with conceptualizing and executing designs that support brand concepts. Your role requires a proactive approach in developing fresh ideas and staying updated on industry trends and opportunities. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical abilities to swiftly grasp emerging trends and capitalize on them. Your core strengths lie in your creativity and self-motivation, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-driven environment. Videography will also be a significant part of your role, capturing and editing high-quality videos to enhance our visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce a variety of visual materials, not limited to brochures, emailers and newsletters, logos, social media posts, large signages, and digital screens including Burj Khalifa and more.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience in photography, videography, and editing.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout design, logos, branding, print material, and digital content.
• Motion design and animation creativity.
• Collaborate effectively with teams to develop innovative design concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks and proofread design assets.
• Work independently, taking ownership of design projects from start to final delivery.
• Excellent creative and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 7 years of creative experience in the UAE.
• Proven graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Motion designing experience is a must.
• Experience with both digital and print media.
• Proficient English speaker (Arabic is a plus).
