What you will do

• Design and manage automated CRM journeys that boost engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value
• Map customer journeys across lifecycle stages and identify automation touchpoints for maximum impact
• Create advanced segments using behavioral, lifecycle, and transactional data for precision targeting
• Monitor performance across all flows, test and optimize with A/B testing and data insights
• Stay on top of CRM technology trends, drive tool innovation, and integrate new features and channels

Preferred background

Experience

• Multi-year experience in CRM with a strong track record in lifecycle automation, campaign orchestration, and revenue generation

Hard skills

• In-depth hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Emarsys, HubSpot, and working with APIs
• Skilled in predictive modeling, personalization algorithms, CRM data architecture, and as a plus also relational data models
• Familiarity with AI-powered CRM tools and HTML knowledge
• Comfortable with deliverability management and technical CRM hygiene best practices
• Being confident in creating visuals and campaign assets is considered an advantage

Soft skills
