Senior Customer Activation Specialist

Baden BPO & Software LLC seeks an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Customer Activation Specialist to handle new and existing client account setup and maintenance. A strong command of the English language and excellent written communication is required.

Responsibilities:
A Senior Customer Activation Specialist focuses on setting up new client business listings on major search engines and online directories.

**Note:** This position is exclusively for candidates based in the UAE, preferably those on a visit
visa or who have a canceled employment visa and can join immediately.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week), 6:00 pm - 2:30 am (Evening Shift)

Qualifications:
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Interpersonal and teamworking skills
• Candidates must complete our training course

Salary:
AED 5000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
